_Solicitation IHS5417160 This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Health Promotion is requesting for submittal of offers for a contractor to provide an evidence-based, comprehensive sexual and reproductive health program for youth and families delivered through an innovative summer basketball camp and individualized youth-parent component.
