- SPE4A7-17- R-0806 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 2,060 each of this LINK ASSEMBLY, SHRINK. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. Delivery will be requested to be 400 DARO for the Production items. This item is Navy-Identified Critical Safety Items (CSI). This material has a Contractor FAT and a Contractor PLT. This is a 50% Small Business Set Aside. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved sources for this material are listed below and it is expected that award will be made to one of those firms. Any firm not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.
