- Synopsis -Requirement is CANCELED : Due to lack of funding this solicitation is CANCELED. May be reissued next Fiscal year if funding becomes available. Synopsis Change 3/15/2017: Solicitation issuance is delayed until on or about 4/6/2017, Response date changed to May 8, 2017. This project is for the Gold Beach Water System Improvements at the Gold Beach Ranger Station, Gold Beach, OR, Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. Work includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing features, the replacement of distribution lines and all other necessary water system appurtenances, to eliminate leaks and provide a functional drinking water system that meets current codes and building standards for the state of Oregon. Price Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237110 The size standard is $36.5 Million. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 03/16/2017 **Solicitation is delayed until on or about 4/6/2017***. A bid bond of 20 percent is required (applicable if bid exceeds $150,000). A payment bond (100 percent) (applicable if award exceeds $35,000) and a performance bond (100 percent) (applicable if award exceeds $150,000) will be required after award. Note: Prospective awardees MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Government Contract.
