- Solicitation Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Weekly Dry Ice Delivery. Refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information. The period of perfomance (POP) will be from 01 June 2017 to 31 May 2018 for the base year and then four more other option year contracts to follow finally ending on the last option year on 31 May 2022. Solicitation number FA480317R0015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) for this procurement is 325120. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is 1000 emp. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business. This is Firm Fixed Price procurement and will be procured using commercial item procedures and award selection will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
