This vision entails proactive maintenance of existing systems and applications to ensure they conform to evolving business processes and changes in inputs (e.g., source data) and thus remain easy-to-use, thereby improving the quality of service offered to constituents. Focus areas along this path include working with FEMA's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and other partners on accessibility and interoperability of data.
