- Wage Determination SOW RFQ Instructions and FAR Clauses SF18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for prepared in accordance FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 36. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Elizabeth City intends to award Painting of BLG 47, Air Station Elizabeth City, NC. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested under number 21-178175PD293. The NAICS code is 238320. The small business size standard is $150.0 Million. Magnitude of Proposed Construction Project is Below $25,000. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. **ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY MAY 26, 2017**. All Offerors must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM) per FAR-7, System Award Management. Offerors who are not registered with SAM may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation.
