- Synopsis - Brand Name or Equal VascuTherm TM 5 ICE/DVT Devices, Accessories, and warranties (W81K00-17-T-0223) The General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital located at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri submitted a requirement to obtain firm fixed price brand name or equal VascuTherm TM 5 ICE/DVT devices, accessories, and warranties for the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital.
