Predictive Maintenance (PM) coverage includes: Calibration Certification Travel, labor and parts Medrad product hardware and software updates 90 day warranty on work performed EPM certified parts replacements Services available 8AM-5PM M-F Model Serial# Month Due Solaris MRI 46757 May Stellant CT 30884 November Specifications of Work: Contractor will follow manufacturer s recommendations for preventive maintenance including use of diagnostic software where applicable. Replacement software will include all site-specific adaptation present in originally delivered software.
