- Ground-Based Geophysics Investigation & National Register Testing The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is seeking business sources, both Large and Small businesses, that can provide ground-based geophysics investigation; National Register testing / Evaluation and form preparation of identified sites for Lake Sakakawea/Garrison Dam. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS NOTICE. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to preform: Base Option- Ground-based geophysics survey of 9 sites; Option 1- National Register Testing & Evaluation of 3 sites and form preparation for sites meeting the National Register Criteria; Option 2- National Register Testing & Evaluation of 10 sites and form preparation for sites meeting the National Register Criteria. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached to this notice for additional information. Please note the special qualifications listed in the draft Performance Work Statement paragraph 1.5.17. CAPABILITY/EXPERIENCE: 1. Offeror/Contractor's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2. Provide your firm's business size: Large Business or Small Business (HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), small disadvantaged, or woman-owned) with regards to the NAICS code 541360. 3. Cage Code and DUNS number. 4. Experience: Provide 3 examples of projects performed within the last 5 years of similar scope and magnitude.
