- The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, is purchasing software development services for a Procurement Process Model Library in support of the Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP) Program Development and Implementation (PDI) office. This contract action is anticipated to be a single source, cost plus fixed fee,firm fixed price hybrid contract. This solicitation will be issued as a non-commercial RFP in accordance with FAR Parts 15. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 23 May 2017 with a closing date of 23 June 2017 at 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541511. The size standard is $27.5 million.
