- The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC), Program Manager Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM-MAS), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the US Army Armaments, Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), is conducting market research to identify potential companies who are capable of the following: Requirements: 10,000 lbs to 50 Tons C21000 95/5 Annealed 0.03200" +/-.0005" thick x Width 2.0450" +/-.005" 16" ID 221PIW Grain of Starting Stock ~ 0.025 Either OR 10,000 lbs to 50 Tons C22600 87.5/12.5 Annealed 0.03200" +/-.0005" thick x Width 2.0450" +/-.005" 16" ID 221PIW Grain of Starting Stock ~ 0.025" General Requirements: 1) Orders will be placed in 2,500, 5,000, 10,000lb or 20,000 lb increments over a 5 year period 2) Deliveries will be to Picatinny Arsenal NJ 07806 3) Material certification will be required for all lots Submission Information: Request interested parties provide the following information: 1) ISO Certification (y/n) - If yes, then please provide copy of certificate 2) Typical lead time for 2,500 lb, 5,000 lb, 10,000 lb and 20,000 lb orders 3) Typical Packaging Size of Coil (volume) 4) Typical Lot Size 5) Description of Material Certification/Verification for Each Lot 6) Source of Supply (domestic or foreign) Firms/companies are invited to indicate their interests and capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, information pertaining to experience on previous projects, specific work previously performed or being performed, any in-house research and development effort, and any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement. All information is to be submitted via email (10MB limit) at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity; large or small and provide your DUNS and CAGE Code. Please provide the name of your firm, address, POC, phone/fax number and email address. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email. Interested firms/companies are encouraged to submit their capabilities/qualification data NO LATER THAN 24 May, 2017.
