- Attachment K Attachment J Attachment I Attachment H Attachment G Attachment F Attachment E Attachment D Attachment C Attachment B Attachment A Exhibit A Solicitation Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) Contract Department has a requirement for Demonstration and Assessment Team (DAT) at NSWC IHEODTD for engineering and technical support services. This program leverages Discovery, Investigation, and Innovation of Science and Technology (S&T) efforts to explore potential solution sets for existing and future warfighting capability gaps. The DAT assists the S&T community to identify, exploit, and enable war fighting solutions through leveraging the S&T communities and bridging/linking these efforts to warfighter identified capability gaps. The DAT requires technical services in support of Project and Technical Integration Teams. This entails coordination of operational forces to include; warfighter workshops and other engagement activities; preparation and facilitation of Technology Demonstration/Assessment planning and readiness meetings; analysis and reporting of warfighting/warfighter inputs and concepts; spectrum/frequency management; Human Resource Protocol Protection (HRPP) compliance support; and other compliance activities to support the S&T community.

- Address: Primary work locations shall be at DAT facilities at Camp Pendleton, CA, Camp Lejeune, NC, Quantico, VA, 29 Palms, CA and the NSWC IHEODTD facility at Indian Head. In addition, work shall be performed at contractor facilities, other CONUS sites and OCONUS to include Philippines, Thailand, Belgium, Poland, Japan, Korea, and Germany., United States
