- Description
- The Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick (SAC-F) on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, issues Solicitation No. VA119A-17-Q-0002, on October 20, 2016 for the purpose of entering into a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigative Services. The solicitation closing time/date was 3:00 pm EST, November 15, 2016. The maximum aggregate dollar value for all Orders awarded via this five-year multiple-award BPA is $20,000,000.00. The Government intends to establish a minimum of six BPAs as a result of this multiple-award BPA solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to establish as many or as few as determined appropriate based on the result of this competition. The multiple-award BPA will be awarded for a period of 60-months for which Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Orders may be awarded. The BPA s scope of work consists of EEO Investigative Services. This acquisition is a 100% Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside and is being conducted in accordance with the procedures in FAR Subpart 13.303, BPA. FAR Part 15 does NOT apply to this acquisition.
