- NECO Notes 9, 22, 26 Apply DLA Maritime-Mechanicsburg intends to negotiate and issue on a sole source basis (under the authority cited in FAR 6.302-1) a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract (see FAR 16.504) to Lockheed Martin Sippican (CAGE 16848) for the acquisition of Buoyant Cable Antenna Assemblies, NSN 5985-01-552-6389; Part Number: 211281-1. Anticipated Contract Structure: 3 Year Base Ordering Period plus 2 one-year options Estimated Yearly QTY: 48 each/year Solicitation Number SPRMM1-17-R-PG74 will be released O/A 25 May 2017 and will remain open for 30 days. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of this solicitation can be downloaded from Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. Prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. You may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. AMC/AMSC 3B: This part must be acquired from/repaired by a source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing/repair knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from/repair by other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. If one source is available, A/RMCs 3, 4, or 5 are valid. If at least two sources exist, A/RMCs 1 or 2 are valid.
