- In order to facilitate the Pre-Proposal Site Visit, information for the site visit is hereby included in this announcement. The Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on 18 May 2017 at 10:00 AM Local Time (Eastern Time). All interested offerors will need to meet at the visitor's center to be escorted to the project location. Should any offerors have any questions regarding this pre-proposal site visit, and in order to pre-register, please contact Erich Hoehler at (502) 315-6293 or at Erich.J.Hoehler@usace.army.mil. Pre-registration for this event is not required by highly encouraged by the Government in order to adequately facilitate the needs of all those in attendance. Similar information will be made available upon issuance of the soliciation on or about 10 May 2017.
