- This is a presolicitation notice. The United States Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA), Division of Regulated Activities and Compliance (DRAC), Regulatory Operations (RO) Branch has a requirement for the Submissions and Document Control groups of the RO Branch, to include expertise and support in the storage, scanning, preparation and publishing of documents, mixed media and submissions that meet the requirements of the USAMMDA and relevant regulatory agencies including but not limited to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the United States Army. This award is for performance of non-personal external services. This award identifies services that are severable in nature.
