The selected offeror will be required to provide technical assistance services required to implement the program named “STEM Teacher Education and School Strengthening Activity (STESSA)” in Egypt. The details of this program are defined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) located in Section C of the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1). USAID/Egypt anticipates awarding a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) completion-type contract as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance for this award will be for a period five years, subject to availability of funds and successful performance. The estimated cost range for this procurement is $20-25 Million.
