- The U.S. Geological Survey, Leetown Science Center, National Fish Health Research Laboratory requires bio-informatic design and synthesis of a custom set of hybridization probes for the quantification of RNA molecules in tissue lysate using our SPRINT nCounter Analysis system. The scale of the project is 960 reactions (samples) and 50 unique genes targets. This purchase is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is set-aside 100% for small business. Vendors must include a technical approach with sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the statement of work. If the information provided does not clearly demonstrate ability to perform the services required, your quote may not be considered. Note: Registration with SAM www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) is mandatory. Award cannot be made to a vendor not registered with SAM. Also, vendors shall also be registered with fedconnect.gov.
