- Statement of Work RFQ Installation of a new front desk/ reception area THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR QUOTATION NLT 19 May 2017, 1000 hrs Central European Time to katrin.aubart.de@us.af.mil. If you have any further questions please contact Katrin Aubart via email or phone at 011-49-6565-61-9540. A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Friday, 12 May. We will meet at the visitor center at 10:00 a.m. Central European Time (CET). Companies wishing to attend the site visit must send a list of attendees not later than Thursday, 11 May 10:00 a.m. Central European Time (CET) to katrin.aubart.de@us.af.mil.
