- Contract Drawings Statement of Work (SOW) Solicitation RFP USAG Humphreys has a requirement to replace floor tiles S-1280 in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and any other resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work contained herein as indicated in the drawings and in accordance with the specifications. NOTICE TO OFFERORS 1. THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP FOR MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY.ONLY Proposals for this requirement are being solicited from the MATOC contractors for the follow ing MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC contractors w ill not be considered for award. CONTRACT NO. W91QVN-14-D-0031, 0032, 0033, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, 0039, 0040, 0041, 0044, 0045, 0046, 0047, 0048, 0049 & 0050. 2. Site Visit: All MATOC offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the site visit. See site visit clause in Section L for schedule. 3. Submission of Proposal: See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "No-offer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation.
