- PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT - The National Park Service Midwest Region Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about May 18, 2017 for the purpose of soliciting quotes from small business concerns who are interested in, and capable of, providing, delivering, and dispensing propane gas to two National Park Service entities known as Buffalo National River located in Harrison, Arkansas, and Pea Ridge National Military Park located in Garfield, Arkansas. One or two requirements contracts, each with a base period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year renewal options, are anticipated to be awarded as a result of the forthcoming solicitation. Buffalo National River - 22 tanks at various locations - total combined annual usage of 10,000 gallons. Pea Ridge National Military Park - 5 tanks - total combined annual usage of 10,000 gallons.
