Quote Evaluation Criteria SECTION 1 STATEMENT OF WORK PURCHASE OF ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM CAPABLE OF SIMUTANEOUSLY BUILDI NG 3D OBJECTS USING MULTIPLE PHOTOPOLYMER MATERIALS 1. Description of Req uirement: We have a requirement to purchase an Additive Manufacturing System that can build JD objects from Computer Aided Design (CAD) models. The system should be able to produce fine detail, precise smooth surface JD objects using photopolymer materials with varying properties and colors, simultaneou sly in the same build. The system should provide adequate safety features to insure operator safety when operating. 2. System Requirements Overview: The system shall include, but is not limited to the following: The system should be capable of fully curing various photopolymer materials including basic pre-configured materials and digitally engineered materials blended at the point of printing. Print build envelope with a minimum X-axis travel of 10 inches, minimum Y-axis travel of 9.9 i nches, minimum Z axis travel of 7.9 inches. XY resolutions of.002 and Z-axis layers with a minimum of.0006 resolution. The software operating system should accept multiple CAD model formats specifical ly STL, VRML at a minimum. Build materials to be delivered to the print head via a cartridge based feed system capable of a min imum of J build materials and a separate support material and should be capable of "hot swaps'', i.e. changin g cartridges while the machine is operating. 3. Specification requirements for the Printer Software: 3.1.1 JD printer software capabilities must meet or exceed the following identified capabilities: 3.1.2 1 Input of STL, VRML format CAD files at a minimum. 3. 1.2Manual capacity to orient model for specific build direction. J.1.3Manual capacity to nest multiple models in the same build. 3.1.4Automatic nesting capability with optimized layout to minimize material use. J. 1.5Multi-user programing utilizing a site license on a network. 3. 1.6User logging and material consumption tracking should be included. 3. 1.7System maintenance routines such as head cleaning and material levels required. 3. 1.8Automatic layer slici ng of the J D model and support designation is required. 3.1.9 Selection of assembly components with the ability to select d ifferent materials in the same build is essential. 3.1.I 0 Shall run on 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7 and newer 3.1.11Will Function With antivirus Software - Similar but not limited to Symantec Endpoint Protection 3.1.12Will Function With full Disk Encryption - Similar but not limited to Symantec Encryption Desktop 3.1.13Will have a single software Directory Load Point 3.1.14Will install no more than 2 full executable applications 3.1.15Will have no more than 1Windows Service running at a non-administrative privilege level 3.1.16Will have no more than 1Windows Service running as a built-in native Microsoft Account or under a network Services Account 3.1.19 Will support TCP/IP 1Pv4 & 1Pv6 connectivity 3.1.20Will confirm to Unites States Government Configuration Baseline {USGCB) for Windows 7 3.1.21Will confirm to forthcoming NIST standards for Windows 10 3.1.22Will confirm to LUA (Limited User Account) which utilizes POLP (Principle of Least Privilege) 3.1.23Will confirm to single sign using smartcard with Microsoft Active Directory 3.1.24Will not require Data Execution Protection (DEP) exclusions 3.1.25Will not require the installations of 3rd party software 3.1.26Will not utilize unsigned ActiveX (DCOM) calls 4.1. (d) Comptroller General Examination of Record The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of this paragraph (d) if this contract was awarded using other than sealed bid, is in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold, and does not contain the clause at 52.215-2, Audit and Records -- Negotiation. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract.
