Description: In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), the Government intends to solicit a sole source solicitation for the Ethicon Inc dba Advanced Sterilization Products Endoscope Reprocessor Kit. The aforementioned is the only system cleared by the FDA to eliminate the manual cleaning and disinfecting of the endoscopes and meets the government requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
