- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY FOR THOMAS BASIN MAINTENANCE DREDGING, KETCHIKAN, ALASKA. OFFER OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced.
