- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide the Carpentier-Edwards PERIMOUNT Magna Ease pericardial aortic bioprosthesis with ThermaFix process*; Carpentier-Edwards PERIMOUNT Magna Mitral Ease pericardial valve with Carpentier-Edwards ThermaFix process*; Carpentier-Edwards Physio II Mitral Ring; Edwards MC3 Tricuspid Annuloplasty Ring; Edwards IMR ETLogix Mitral Annuloplasty Ring; Edwards Cosgrove Annuloplasty Ring; and Edwards Intuity Elite Rapid Deployment Aortic Valve System or equal as candidate items for consolidated contracting through the Prosthetics Clinical Management Program at the VA Medical Center San Francisco, San Francisco, California. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 339113 THIS RFQ SHALL BE FULL AND OPEN UNRESTRICTED TO LARGE BUSINESSES. Solicitation documents will be available on or about May 9, 2017. The solicitation will contain quote instructions.
