- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) intends to procure conformal coating and other services (staking, potting, encapsulation, micro plasma etching, and ruggedizing prototype) on Government-provided printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various development and test programs. The contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (FFP-IDIQ) type contract that encompasses multiple verbal fixed-price orders over a 5-year period of performance. Payment will be made via Government Purchase Card. The Government intends to make three (3) awards under this solicitation. This estimate in no way prohibits the Government from making fewer or more awards than estimated based upon the offers received and a determination of the best interests of the Government. The contract(s) will be awarded on a competitive basis as a 100% Small Business Set-aside (NAICS 332812, employee size 500). Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NAWCWD, China Lake, CA. This procurement will be in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. This requirement is a Commercial Item. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Certification is required. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the solicitation, which shall be considered by the agency.
