- Seeking contractor with the following capabilities. Please notify by EMAIL to jeffrey.d.olichwier.mil@mail.mil if capable and interested in this opportunity. Email is the preferred method of communication. Posting is a Sources Sought for 100 exercise role players, tentage with cooling capability, and a weatherproof sound system capable of 100 db in a 100x300 foot area. Location will be Northern New Mexico vicinity of Santa Fe. Tentage will be 2 60x100 foot tents with evaporative coolers with power plus water for sheltering role players and venue participants. Event will have a mandatory kick-off meeting 10 days prior to event. Contract performance period is 08 and 09 August 2017.
