- Wage Determination SCA NRM Wildlife Data Form CNDDB Form USFWS 2014 Quino Checkerspot Survey Protocol Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, and the annual size standard is $15M. This requirement will be 100% set aside for small business entity. All prospective Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Contractors will be searched against the https://www.sam.gov to ensure they are eligible for Federal contract awards. Please forward technical inquiries no later than May 11, 2017 at 3:00 pm to Vincent Chua at vchua@fs.fed.us Project Description: The proposed project includes the following: The US Forest Service has need for the following critical field work to be completed in the 2017, 2018, and 2019 flight season for the Quino checkerspot butterfly (Quino), by a qualified technical expert. Work on this project will require previous experience and ability to utilize the Natural Resources Manager (NRM) Wildlife database. This information will be used by the SBNF for project planning and for contributing the long-term dataset of occupancy and reproduction of this species on the SBNF. Contract terms will be one base year with two option periods if options are exercised RESPONSES ARE DUE on Wednesday May 16, 2017 by 10:00 AM Local Time. Responses shall be sent via mail to the following address: Angeles National Forest, Southern California Acquisition Service Area, 701 N Santa Anita Ave, Arcadia, CA 91006. Email submissions of the RFP WILL NOT be accepted.
