The answer also amends the requirement for wood treatment. ************************************************** UPDATE: This update provides Attachment 3 to the original solicitation. Due date and time remain 2:00 p.m., Wednesday May 10, 2017. ************************************************** UPDATE: Due date and time for receipt of proposals has been extended to 2:00 PM, Wednesday May 10, 2017. *************************************************** UPDATE: Solicitation posted. Proposals are due nlt NOON on April 25, 2017. See Section L for delivery instructions. *************************************************** This is a presolicitation notice for a requirement to remove, repair and/or replace nine (9) existing bridges along with work associated with guardrails, approach railings and a limited amount of road maintenance. The work area is on National Forest System Roads on Chichagof Island near Hoonah Alaska. A total of nine (9) bridges are to be installed. This includes three (3) new contractor furnished bridges and six (6) government furnished bridges. Government furnished bridges come from a variety of sources. Two (2) are installed on the Hoonah road system and are to be relocated to new locations, three (3) are located in Rowan Bay, and one (1) is to be removed and re-installed in the same location. The Schedule of Items is expected to include a base with two options. A draft worklist and Schedule will be posted the week of February 6, 2017 for information and planning purposes only. This requirement is set aside for HUBZone Small Businesses. Total Estimated Price Range (FAR 36.204): Between $500,000 and $1M for the Base and Between $1M and $5M for the Base and all options
