ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. *********************************************************************** Competitive quotations are being requested for upgrades, maintenance, and ATO Support including the design, installation, integration, training, troubleshooting, and repair of new physical security systems for the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command Pacific (NECCPAC) Central Issue Facility (CIF) at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) "Dry Side" Bldg. 279. This project will focus on the following areas: Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) video recording and real-time monitoring of key areas The systems to be upgraded and maintained include the following Government Off-the- Shelf (GOTS) physical security systems: Access Control Enforcer (ACE) was developed by the Government to be an end-user web application ACS and CCTV system that is not limited to vendor hardware and credentials.
