The location where services are to be provided should be within 20 miles of the United States Post Office, 1718 S. 51st Street, Omaha, NE 68106, accessible by local transportation, and within a 0.5 mile walk from community based transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on or about September 01, 2017 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on August 31, 2027. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, Option Year Four, Option Year Five, Option Year Six, Option Year Seven, Option Year Eight, and Option Year Nine, respectively.
