- Amendment 0004 Summary of Changes N00024-17-R-6308 0004 Conformed The conformed Amendment 0004 is hereby posted. For ease of review, a Summary of Changes is also posted. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission deadline date to 31 May 2017 at 1400 Eastern Standard Time. Attachments J-01, J-04, and J-08 have been revised and an additional document has been added to the Competition/Bidder's Library. These attachments and documents will be distributed in accordance with the instructions and procedures listed in the solicitation and FedBizOpps. In the event of a conflict between the RFP and the Government responses to the RFP questions, the RFP will govern.
