- Wage Determinations for the State of Oregon Counties Wage Determinations for the State of Washington Counties Experience Questionnaire Bridge Location Map for Oregon and Washington AG-046W-S-17-0049 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Under Bridge Inspection Truck Project Name: 2017 Under Bridge Inspection Truck (UBIT)and; Provide a minimum 40' Aerial manlift and manlift operator for topside inspection of Fish Creek Bridge and Memaloose Creek Bridge located near Estacada, Or. The manlift will be used at each bridge the same day. Approximate time at each bridge is 4 hours. Provide an Under Bridge Inspection Truck (UBIT), qualified driver, and qualified equipment operator for use on Forest Service Bridges. The UBIT operations shall be capable of the following: Travel on paved and unpaved road surfaces in remote mountainous areas of the National Forest. Some Forest roads will have steep grades, sharp curves, pot holes and loose gravel. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number AG-046W-S-17-0049 and issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ); under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58.
