- Provisions and Clauses Pricing Sheet Statement of Work Instructions to Offerors This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSSS01-17-Q-0127 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to issue a commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), as a result of this RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-48. The NAICS code is 511130 - Book Publishers. The requirement is brand name only for Jones and Bartlett textbooks. Substitution will not be acceptable. The award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. This RFQ is set aside for 100% small business. The blanket purchase agreement (BPA) will be for 1 year plus 4 one year option periods. Offerors are hereby notified that this solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor, nor the principle corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive any contract from any Federal agency. Questions shall be provided via email to contract specialist Carrisa Hobbs at Carrisa.Hobbs@associates.usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN May 17th, 2017 at 12:00 PM ET. Any questions received in response to this RFQ by the deadline stated above will be answered by the USSS and provided via an amendment to the solicitation and posted on www.fbo.gov.
