- Air Force Test Center, Installation Contracting, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for an artificial urinary sphincter implant to Buffalo Supply, Inc. of Lafayette, CO 80026-8867, Cage: 2W807, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 CLIN 0001 : Artificial Urinary Sphincter Implant, to include the following: - Occlusive Cuff 11.0cm, IZ (Qty. 1) - Balloon FGS, 71-80cm (Qty. 1) - Deactivation Pkg FGS (Qty. 1) - Control Pump IZ (Qty. 1) - AMS 800 Accessory Kit, US (Qty. 1) - SKW Deep Scrotal Retract Sys (Qty. 1) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339112, small business size standard: 1000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received by 12 May 2017 by 04:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received by 12 May 2017 by 04:00 P.M. Central Standard Time will be considered by the government. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Jennifer.Travis.1@us.af.mil concerning this acquisition.
