- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Use, Mental Health and Sex Offender treatment services in Del Rio, Texas. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2017 with 4 (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all option years are renewed) on September 30, 2022. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, and Option Year Four. Base Year: Substance Use Estimated number of inmates: 20 Substance Abuse Intake: 1 unit (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 20 units Substance Abuse Assessments & Report: 1 unit (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 20 units Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit): 48 units (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 960 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit): 72 units (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 1440 units Family Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. The estimated closing date will be on or about June 27, 2017 at 12 pm ET. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
