THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334510. The Tomah VA Medical Center has a need for brand name or equal AURICAL AUD with Hi-Pro Unit and a AURICAL (PMM & C&S) without Hi-Pro Probe Microphone Measurement module. This device is a complete modular EMR and Noah integrated fitting solution with audiometry, probe microphone measurement (PMM), hearing instrument testing and video otoscopy. These devices must be PC based 1.5 channel audiometer, must integrate with all Otosuite products, NOAH and ability to import data to CPRS. It will be used to serve the patient population remotely, training and installation is required. Specifications/salient characteristics: AURICAL AUD with Hi-Pro Features 1.5 channel audiometer Ultra-compact and light weight Intuitive user interface Integrated word lists with assisted scoring Built-in amplifier for Sound Field Integrated sound card for Counseling and simulations roomTune for compensated sound card functionality Various mounting options includes: Mounting kit Insert earphones TDH Headphones AURICAL (PMM & C&S) without Hi-Pro Probe Microphone Measurement module includes: REM tubes and REM tube supports Headphones (semi-closed) NOAHlink straps Loudspeaker USB Bluetooth kit OTOsuite software Operation Manual All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
