PROPOSALS: Proposals for this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing to Lonnie D. Root, Contracting Officer via either by Hard Copy or email... NO Facsimile Quotes will be accepted. Hard Copy Proposals Send To: Lonnie D. Root Contracting Officer White River National Forest 900 Grand Ave Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Email Proposals Send To: lroot@fs.fed.us WORK: Stand exam plots will be done on the White River National Forest. Work may take place anywhere on the White River National Forest except in wilderness or roadless areas. Stand locations have not been identified yet, contractor will receive stand lists and location maps before the pre-work meeting. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct stand examinations in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. Information shall be collected as outlined in Chapter 4 of the Government provided Common Stand Exam User Guide and Region specific Appendices, unless specifically modified by the contents of this contract. Period of Performance: 07/01/2017 to 10/02/2017
