- Amendment 00001 to CFP-17-Q-00023 The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit highly qualified sources to supply RFID Tags, Supplies, and Accessories for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB or the Bureau). In accordance with the guidelines discussed below, CFPB requests that you provide a quote in response to this RFQ, which is pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Based upon its evaluation of quotes received in response to this RFQ, the CFPB intends to issue a single Purchase Order award, but reserves the right to make no awards. Detailed instructions for preparing and submitting a quote are contained in the RFQ, along with the criteria to be used by CFPB in evaluating quotes. Questions concerning the RFQ must be submitted by e-mail to both jerry.salinas@cfpb.gov and Casey.Helman@cfpb.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, May 8, 2017. CFPB reserves the right not to answer questions received after that time. CFPB will provide answers to all timely vendor questions as soon as practicable via an Amendment to this RFQ, to be provided to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, 1700 G Street, NW Washington, DC 20552 interested vendors via email. All responses to this RFQ must be submitted via e-mail to both jerry.salinas@cfpb.gov and casey.helman@cfpb.gov by no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.
