NOTE: The purpose of this amendment 0004 is as follows: 1) Provide Vendor Questions and Government Responses; 2) Update Instructions to Offerors and; 3) PWS ********Update 5/5/2017 Please see attached Amendment 0003-National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) Digital Exhibits Solicitation - M00264-17-R-0018. NOTE: The purpose of this amendment 0003 is as follows: 1) To extend the due date for proposals from May 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) TO May 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). NOTE: The site visit has been changed from April 18, 2017 at 10:00a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) TO April 20, 2017, 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) ***Update 4/13/2017****** Please see attached Amendment 0001:National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) Digital Exhibits Solicitation - M00264-17-R-0018. ********************* The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Quantico, VA, has a requirement for the Final Phase Galleries of The National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) and will be for the supply and maintenance of the Digital Exhibits Hardware and Maintenance for the Concept Design, Fabrication Drawings, Prototypes, Integration, Hardware, Installation, Programming/Test and Adjustment/Closeout and Maintenance of all Museum Digital Exhibits for both existing and new galleries. It is the Government's intent to issue a firm-fixed price IDIQ supply and maintenance contract for five (5) years. The proposed acquisition is being competed on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing). The Government will solicit and award this contract using Contracting by Negation acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR 15. The Government intends to award to the source using Tradeoff Procedures (FAR 15.101-1). The contract award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation, (M00264-17-R-0018) is made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for any/all amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://wawf.eb.mil/. As part of this requirement and prior to submission of the proposals, a site visit will occur on April 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) at the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) to allow for vendors to conduct a walk through the museum in order to assesses and capture how they will propose on this effort. No questions will be answered during the course of this site visit. However, questions can be submitted in accordance with the solicitation.
