- This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2. This ACQUISITION is set aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HubZone). The NAICS code is 238990 and the SBA Size Standard is $15M. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFAR 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM); the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at: https://www.sam.gov. This project is to repair and correct issues identified with the sewer system on Schriever AFB (SAFB), CO through an Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) study completed in 2013. This study provided information on issues with SAFB sanitary sewer systems which some of which may contribute to inflow/infiltration issues. This project will be focused on repair through elimination of any potential sources of inflow and/or infiltration on SAFB. It will also focus on the infrastructure t o avoid future problems and facilitate maintenance to correct other sewer systems issues that make sense economically as part of this effort. The location of this work will be performed at Schriever AFB, Colorado 80912-5006. The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract with a 120 day period of performance for this project after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. NOTES: 1. The solicitation with the official specifications and drawings will be available on the GPE on or about 15 May 2017 posted at https://www.fbo.gov. The tentative date for the receipt of proposals is 14 June 2017. A physical site visit for this project will be scheduled for all potential offerors, the time and date is yet to be determined but will be listed in the official solicitation. Physical copies of the solicitation and all accompanying specifications will not be provided. All documents for this project will be uploaded to https://www.fbo.gov. 2. The contractor shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 and acknowledge and/or sign all amendments at the time and place specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. There will not be a public opening. All proposals shall be delivered in the method and by the time specified in the SF 1442. Proposals delivered shall be marked to show the offeror's name and address, contact number, the solicitation number, and the date and time the proposals are due. 3. Contractors shall be capable of securing bonding for the total proposed amount. 4. Contractors that are debarred or suspended are excluded from receiving contracts.
