- Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice for Fisher House Services for the Dallas VA Medical Center located in Dallas, TX Magnitude of Construction: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 IFB VA257-17-B -0732 Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, to re-paint living areas, replace carpet, lighting, install washers and dryers and install a cover for a patio at the Dallas VA Medical Center Fisher House (Bldg. 79) located in Dallas, TX in accordance with the scope of work. Project will be for a 120 calendar days. Bid and Payment /Performance Bonds are required for this project. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number IFB VA257-17-B-0732 on remittances.
