STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS The Columbia, MO VAMC, is requesting vendors to provide the following items as below. The Columbia VAMC requires Stryker Microsurgical REM B Power Equipment Brand Name or Equal. Any information submitted by an offeror for consideration will not be returned and will remain the property of the VA. All costs associated with submitting the above are the responsibility of the Contractor and all information provided must be submitted to the Contracting Officer. The contractor shall provide at minimum salient characteristics as stated below: MUST fit and be compatible with our current STRYKER CORE POWERED INSTRUMENT DRIVER console/power box. (Model #5400-50) Lightweight and specialized for different needs Universal driver Universal hand switch Synthes brand drill 1/4 inch drill with Jacobs chucks 5/32 inch drill with Jacobs chucks Pin collet REMB Micro drill Medium Straight micro drill attachment REMB Sag Saw Wire collet Medium sterilization case ***Brand Name requested or review by Harry S.
