- Description
- Hurlburt Field AFB, FL, intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a single contract for HVAC Duct Cleaning Services. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period plus four, 12-month option years starting on 19 June 2017 thru 18 June 2022. A firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is contemplated. Work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all personnel, management, tools, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to perform HVAC Duct Cleaning Services in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is being offered for competition among eligible Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561790 with a size standard of $7.5M. The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on or about 12 May 2017. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Jan 2017) applies to this requirement. All offerors must include a completed copy of this provision with their quote or indicate (with DUNS Number) that current information is available on the federal government website System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award of a the contract. Additionally, the offeror shall comply with the DFARS clause at 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports (Jun 2012).
