PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN FAR SUBPART 14.5 - TWO-STEP SEALED BIDDING WILL BE USED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. THIS POSTING IS FOR STEP ONE OF THE TWO-STEP SEALED BIDDING PROCEDURES ONLY. STEP ONE IS THE REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS (RFTP). NO PRICING/BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN RESPONSE TO STEP ONE - RFTP. The Solicitation is attached along with all Section J Attachments.
