- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a firm-fixed price service contract to provide National Electric Code and Industrial Electrical Safety Inspector Certification for 30 Soldiers in order to enhance process improvement within our organization. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and other items necessary to provide training on the National Electric Code and Industrial Electrical Safety Inspector Certification as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
