- NAICS: 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing PSC/FSC: 6605 - Navigational Instruments THIS IS PRESOLICITATION INFORMATION ONLY This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered a request for quote/proposal. Pre Solicitation Number W25G1V-17-R-0017 is assigned for tracking purposes. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 20 May 2017. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. The ACC-APG, Division E, Tobyhanna Branch, 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, Tobyhanna PA 18466, intends to solicit and award a firm fixed-price contract for three (3) Altimeter Test Stations (AN-APN-209). The Test Stations will replace equipment and automate processes currently in use at the Tobyhanna Army Depot. This acquisition is also expected to include the purchase of software for performing the required testing and a training support package. ONLY ONE AWARD WILL BE MADE. MULTIPLE AWARDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR Parts 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), 15 (Contracting by Negotiation), and 19 (Small Business Programs). IAW FAR 13.500(a), contracting officers may also apply simplified procedures if there is a reasonable expectation that offers will only include commercial items. Therefore, FAR Part 13 procedures may also be incorporated in this acquisition. The RFP will be available for download on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) page. Vendors requesting an electronic copy may download the RFP on or after the issue date at https://www.fbo.gov/. At Keyword/Solicitation Number, type W25G1V-17-R-0017 and click ‘Search'. The solicitation will be issued electronically only. No paper or disc copies will be issued. It is the responsibility of interested sources to periodically access the internet site through closing to obtain any amendments which may be issued. All amendments must be acknowledged in the proposal. Any resultant contract will be Firm Fixed-Price. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency and found to be responsible in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.1 - Responsibility of Prospective Contractors.
