- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The National Park Service is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest in a construction project at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Grand Marais, MI. NAICS code is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard $15 M. Project Description: Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals to replace all roof surfaces, associated flashing, ridge caps, fascia, crown molding half round gutter, downspouts and associated hardware on the Grand Marais Ranger Station and Seasonal Dormitory located at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Responses to this announcement are requested from (1) SBA certified Small Business HubZone firms; (2) Small Business firms certified in the 8(a) program; (3) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms; (4) Woman Owned Small Business firms; and (5) all Small Business firms Interested firms shall submit: NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM (including DUNS NUMBER) A CAPABILITY STATEMENT addressing the firm ¿s ability to perform the required work.
