- Synopsis FA8554-17-R-0009 THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. ANTICIPATED RELEASE OF RFP IS 24 May 2017. THIS ACQUISTION APPROACH WILL BE A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. THIS WILL BE A 5 YEAR FIRM- FIXED PRICE CONTRACT WITH FIVE ONE YEAR ORDERING PERIODS FOR THE FOLLOWING: This requirement is for a five year (five one year one year ordering periods), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract for the manufacture of the Remote Control Lever, Bumper and Shouldered Shaft, these items are primarily used to snub (secure) the AIM-120, AIM-9, captive air training missiles (CATMs), and ACMI Pods to the LAU-128 and LAU-129 missile rail launchers.
