- Attachment 1 - CDS RFI Attachment 2 - MDA Comments Matrix CDS SRD The Missile Defense Agency Cross Domain Solution for Foreign Military Sales Request for Information (Restricted to U.S. Companies with Facility Clearances) The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is conducting market research requesting industry review and comment on a draft Cross Domain Solution (CDS) System Requirements Document (SRD). This request is separate from, but associated to, MDA16BCRFI01, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cross Domain Solution request for information dated 13 November 2015. The Government will consider industry provided comments in developing the final CDS specification which is projected to be part of a future Sources Sought announcement in which MDA will solicit contractors to submit CDS solutions for potential Government sponsorship through CDS certification test and evaluation. Although there is no current or definitive FMS requirement for a CDS, CDS certification is envisaged as integral to any future CDS FMS acquisition. See CDS RFI (Attachment 1) for additional information pertaining to this announcement. NOTE: This is NOT a request for proposal, a promise to contract, o r a commitment of any kind. The Government will not assume l iability for costs incurred by a vendor for travel, marketing efforts o r data offered for examination. Approved for public release 17-MDA-9157 (27 April 17)
